New Customers Ordering For The First Time.

1. You can check prices in mail order and retail pharmacy sources using Price Search.
2. If you are ready to order, enter your order on line by locating the medication you wish to order, selecting the quantity desired, and adding items to your cart by clicking on the green plus sign button to the right of the desired medication.
3. Once you have your cart filled, click on check out to finalize your order. Please fill in all required information completely to ensure fastest processing of your order.
4. To submit your order to us via the mail, click here to print out an order form. Mail in your completed form along with your prescriptions to the address provided below. Download Adobe Acrobat reader for free.

Existing Customers Re-Ordering or Ordering New Prescriptions

1. To re-order by phone, call us toll free at: 1-866-400-0633.
2. To re-order on line, log in using the log in and password you entered when you first placed an order on line. Simply select the medications and quantities you want to reorder from the prior order history list. You can add additional new medications to the cart by first searching then selecting the dose and quantity you wish to include in your order.
3. To re-order by mail, click here to print our re-order form. Mail in your completed forms along with any new prescriptions to the address provided below.

Getting Your Prescriptions To Veterans Care Plus for Mail Order Fulfillment:

When placing your prescription order for shipment from Veterans Care Plus, you can choose one of three simple ways to get your prescription to the pharmacy:

1. Mail us your prescription:
Send the original prescription written by your doctor to:

Use first class mail or you can choose express options for faster service.
Allow 5-7 days for a new prescription to arrive at the pharmacy by first class mail.

2. Have your doctor fax your prescription directly to the pharmacy at 1-866-594-8937.

3. We'll call your doctor; or have them call the pharmacy:
If you provide us with your doctor's phone number, our pharmacists will call them for all your prescription details. Or you doctor can contact the pharmacy by phone to call in a prescription for you.

4. Transfer from another pharmacy:
If you have an existing prescription at another pharmacy, Veterans Care Plus will call that pharmacy to transfer the prescription.
